Here are Lisa & Michelle with the bags I sewed this week for their birthdays. We had a great evening out together testing out PG's newest East Indian restaurant - delicious!

Roy's Nature Quilt

We gave Roy the nature quilt for his 44th birthday today. Here's the whole family just after we had a nice brunch together!

Knitted Shawl - a start...

Here's the beginning of my latest knitting project - a lacy shawl. I think this one may take awhile but I'm really enjoying the process!

Nature Quilt Completed

I completed the nature quilt this evening. In the end I had to rip out the hand stitching and quilt it with my machine. I'm learning that some materials slide around too much to be hand-quilted effectively!
